Interior angles of a polygon are the angles inside the polygon, formed by two adjacent sides. Exterior angles are formed by extending one side of the polygon and the adjacent side. The sum of the interior angles of a polygon with n sides is given by (n-2) * 180 degrees. The sum of the exterior angles of any polygon is always 360 degrees. Also, the interior and exterior angles at a single vertex add up to 180 degrees, as they form a linear pair.
