Rosalita Quino has been absent from the past three monthly meetings of the Federation of Lapu Lapu Urban Poor Association, where she is an officer. Concordio Austera, the FED LUPA President, has invited her to attend the upcoming November 28th meeting. The goals of the meeting are to discuss the duration of her absences and give her an opportunity to explain any difficulties that prevented her attendance. Quino is asked to RSVP and inform Austera if she is unable to attend.
