What is DevCertRequest User Guide about?

The DevCertRequest User Guide provides instructions for generating Symbian OS compliant Content Signing Request (.csr) files using a Microsoft Windows application wizard. The process involves five key steps, including selecting a filename, inputting a private key, supplying personal details, and selecting capabilities and IMEIs. Users must be registered with Symbian Signed to request Developer Certificates, and the guide also addresses handling errors and managing large numbers of IMEIs.
