What is The Plight of The Moon about?

The document describes Twilight Sparkle discovering that all of Ponyville has lost its color and become unhappy due to Princess Luna raising the moon but Princess Celestia being away. Twilight realizes the Elements of Harmony are needed in Canterlot to raise the sun again. She recruits her friends to take a train to Canterlot to use the Elements, but Rainbow Dash is reluctant because her brother who got into the Wonderbolts will be there performing for Princess Luna.
