What is 1 Lydc about?

The Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) is created at the provincial, city, and municipal levels to ensure wide youth participation in local governance. The LYDC is composed of youth and youth organization representatives and assists the Sangguniang Kabataan and Pederasyons in planning and executing projects and programs. Funding for the LYDC comes from the Sangguniang Bayan, Sangguniang Panlungsod, and Sangguniang Panlalawigan at each respective governmental level.
