This study analyzed the influence of storage on the levels of heavy metals lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn) in corned beef packaged in cans. Samples were purchased from grocery stores and supermarkets in Makassar, Indonesia. The levels of Pb and Zn were measured in each sample both before and after storage in a refrigerator for 1 day.
