On October 22, 2009, a truck carrying liquefied petroleum gas rolled over and crashed in Indianapolis, Indiana. The truck was exiting the highway when the driver oversteered to avoid another vehicle, causing the truck to veer off the road. When the driver steered back onto the road, the cargo tank trailer detached from the truck and collided with a bridge support, rupturing and igniting the gas.
