The ENACT-HF study aims to evaluate the efficacy of a standardized diuretic protocol in patients with acute heart failure (AHF) experiencing volume overload. This international, multicenter, non-randomized study will enroll 500 patients and compare outcomes between standard care and a new protocol based on early assessment of diuretic response. The primary endpoint is natriuresis after one day, with secondary endpoints including changes in congestion score and length of hospitalization.
