What is Small quasi principally injective S-acts about?
A new kind of generalization for quasi principally injective S-acts over monoids (QPinjective), (and hence to generalize quasi injective acts), is introduced. This generalization is called small quasi principally injective S-acts. Let M S be a right S-act. A right S-act N S is called small M-principally injective (for short SMP-injective) if every S-homomorphism from an M-cyclic small subact of M S to N S can be extended to S-homomorphism from M S to N S . Equivalently, for any endomorphism a of M S with a ( ) M is small in M S , every S-homomorphism from a ( ) M to N S can be extended to an S-homomorphism from M S to N S . A right S-act M S is called small quasi principally injective (for simply SQP-injective) if it is SMP-injective. Several properties of this kind of a generalization are established. Characterizations of small quasi principally injective acts are discussed. Conditions under which subacts are inheriting small quasi principally injective property are investigated. Relationship of the class of SQP-injective acts with classes of injectivity is illustrated. The conclusions of our work are clarified.
