Every successful company gives importance to their human resource management along with Internal Marketing (IM) strategies because they are aware of the gravity of strategic advantage that IM brings to the organization. Researchers and managers believe that it is difficult to measure these parameters due to various reasons. In this study an attempt is made to measure how internal marketing tools basically affect job satisfaction of employees of a logistic firm. Data is collected for various parameters of employee satisfaction and internal marketing. Since Machine Learning (ML) is on the verge of making a considerable impact on workplace communications, a comparative analysis of various ML algorithms are done in this paper to predict the employee satisfaction with precision, accuracy, and recall. The models are then placed sequentially using "Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS)."
