ECAS Portals, mandatory since February 2022, include three main portals: Case Portal for attorneys to manage client cases, DHS Portal for authorized DHS users to submit and view case documents, and Respondent Access Portal for individuals representing themselves. All portals are cloud-based and allow users to access and manage case information electronically. Document submissions must be in specific formats and under 25MB.
