Clomipramine is an antidepressant with a usual adult dose of 100-200 mg daily and maximum dose of 300 mg daily. It is indicated for depression, obsessive-compulsive syndromes, phobias, and panic attacks. Very common adverse reactions include drowsiness, fatigue, restlessness, tremor, myoclonus, increased appetite, dry mouth, sweating, constipation, and visual disturbances.
