Torque Ripple Reduction in SRMs by akhilnandan is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This article proposes an improved torque sharing function (TSF) for reducing torque ripple in switched reluctance machines (SRM). The TSF uses static flux linkage characteristics obtained from finite element analysis or experiments to determine optimal current profiles that minimize torque ripple and copper losses. It performs well across a wide speed range compared to other TSFs. The TSF uses a single weight parameter that simplifies its analysis. Simulation and experimental results on a 5.2 kW SRM validat
