What is Prevalence and Associated Factors of Obsessive Com about?

This study assessed the prevalence and associated factors of obsessive-compulsive symptoms (OCS) among 370 undergraduate medical and health science students at Dilla University, Ethiopia, finding a probable prevalence of 28%. Significant associations were identified with being female, depressive symptoms, maladaptive coping mechanisms, and poor sleep quality. The findings highlight the need for early detection and intervention for OCS in medical students to improve their academic performance and well-being.
