This study investigates the effects of a nano-silica soaking method on recycled aggregates (RAs) to enhance their properties for concrete use. The optimal concentration of nano-silica was found to be 2%, which significantly reduced the crushing index of RAs and increased the compressive strength of the resulting concrete by 20%. This method effectively addresses the defects of RAs, promoting their reuse in construction and reducing environmental impact from construction waste.
