About this document
Resilience and Sleep Quality in Depression by valdrete is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study examines the roles of resilience, sleep quality, and morningness as mediators of vulnerability to depression among medical students experiencing altered sleep patterns. Results indicate that higher resilience and morningness are associated with reduced depression symptoms over time, while poor sleep quality increases vulnerability to depression. The findings suggest that fostering resilience and improving sleep quality may help mitigate depression risk in medical interns.
