What is Glomalin-Related Soil Protein in Citrus Management about?
This study assessed concentrations of two fractions of Bradford-reactive soil protein (BSRP and EE-BSRP) in citrus orchards under conventional and ecological transition management systems. The ecological transition system showed higher levels of the easily extractable EE-BSRP fraction in the top three soil depths compared to the conventional system. While there was no difference in total BSRP between systems for the top two depths, the highest BSRP level was observed at 30 cm in soil under ecological transi
