Long-term Outcomes of Nasal Valve Repair by luana is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study evaluates the long-term outcomes of temperature-controlled radiofrequency treatment for nasal valve collapse in patients with chronic nasal obstruction. Over a 48-month follow-up, significant and sustained improvements in nasal airflow and quality of life were observed, with a marked reduction in NOSE scores from 81.0 at baseline to 25.7 at 48 months. The findings suggest that TCRF treatment is a viable minimally invasive option for patients suffering from nasal valve-related obstruction.
