This multicenter study investigates the efficacy of stellate ganglion block (SGB) as a temporizing treatment for refractory ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF). The results show a significant reduction in the burden of VT/VF episodes and the need for defibrillation therapy within 24 hours post-SGB in a cohort of 117 patients. The findings suggest that SGB may be a beneficial adjunctive treatment for patients with refractory ventricular arrhythmias.
