The ILO is seeking a National Consultant to conduct a diagnostic study on the informality of Bangladesh and create a framework for formalizing informal enterprises and employment. The study aims to address challenges in the informal economy, enhance institutional capacities, and align with ILO Recommendation 204 to promote sustainable economic growth. The consultant will review existing policies, assess barriers, and develop actionable strategies over a 90-day period starting in April 2024.
