This document describes a case study of an adolescent female, EM, who developed prosopagnosia after encephalitis at age eight. EM underwent 14 weeks of online perceptual training to improve her ability to discriminate between faces. Following training, EM showed improved face perception skills and eye movements when viewing faces. She also demonstrated improved recognition of personally familiar faces in testing, though not in everyday life. However, she did not improve at recognizing newly learned faces. G
