The study aimed to compare the sensitivity and specificity of rapid diagnostic test kits for hepatitis B and C against the gold standard ELISA test. Three rapid test kits each were evaluated for HBsAg and anti-HCV using 200 confirmed positive and negative samples by ELISA. The rapid test kits showed high specificity and positive predictive value compared to ELISA.
