This interpretative note provides guidance on Annexe 7 to the Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP), which establishes temporary rules addressing the exceptional situation deriving from the war in Ukraine. Annexe 7 applies to employment contracts between foreign players or coaches and clubs affiliated with the Ukrainian Association of Football or Russian Football Union. However, it no longer applies to players/coaches who are currently registered or rendering services to clubs in Ukrain
