This study examined the relationship between computed tomography (CT) findings and nutritional status in 92 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. The study found that elderly tuberculosis patients with poor nutritional status, particularly those with hypoalbuminemia, tended to show atypical CT findings like segmental or lobar consolidation in unusual locations or miliary nodules.
