What is AISI 321 Stainless Steel Overview about?
Grade 321 is an austenitic stainless steel similar to 304 but with a titanium addition to reduce carbide precipitation during welding and improve high-temperature properties. Grade 321H has a higher carbon content for increased strength at high temperatures. Grade 321 provides excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance with good creep strength for continuous service from 800-1500°F.
