The Asia Foundation is implementing a one-year project to strengthen rule of law in the Philippines through establishing legal aid clinics (LACs) in law schools. The project aims to (1) develop guidelines for establishing and operating LACs, and (2) pilot LACs in three law schools. This will enhance access to legal aid for marginalized groups and provide hands-on experience for law students.
