What is Request for After-Hours Access for BAJA 2015 about?

The student team requests permission to stay in the college after hours from July 1-5, 2015 to work on their Virtual BAJA 2015 presentation. Their suspension and brakes departments still require work, and they plan a mock presentation on July 3rd before submitting their final presentation on July 4th.
