The Sea Turtle Preservation Society (STPS) thanks the recipient for their donation and provides information about turtle walks. Participants should arrive by 8:45pm, wear dark clothes and appropriate shoes to walk at least 1 mile in soft sand. Flashlights and flash photography are prohibited to prevent disturbing nesting sea turtles, which are sighted on over 90% of walks. Children under 7 are not permitted due to the late hour and extended walking.
