1) An engine running on a gen-set experienced a shutdown due to low voltage after 5 minutes of operation. 2) The DSE 560 module was displaying normal line voltages but one phase voltage dropped to 180V under load, triggering the shutdown. 3) The issue was found to be a damaged AVR sensing wire that was grounding out. Repairing the wire and replacing the DSE 560 module resolved the problem.
