This case report describes a 29-year-old man with central cord syndrome who was treated with electrical stimulation and taping for bilateral shoulder subluxation during an 8-week acute rehabilitation program. The initial shoulder subluxation measurements were 1.5 cm on the right and 1.0 cm on the left, and after treatment the final measurements were reduced to 0.3 cm on the right and 0.2 cm on the left.
