What is Taxi Conversation Essentials about?

The passenger asks the taxi driver to take him to the British Museum. The driver estimates that it will take 12 minutes to get there using a shortcut, rather than the usual 20 minutes due to traffic. When asked, the driver also informs the passenger that the museum closes at 6pm and that it is currently 4:30pm. The driver recognizes that the passenger is a tourist and recommends an Italian restaurant nearby called Da Mario that offers large portions at reasonable prices.
