What is The Mad Tree: A Children about?

The story is about nine children who enjoy picnicking in the Chapultepec Forest until the Mad Tree tells them they are no longer welcome due to leaving garbage. Winter moves in and Spring never comes. When the children return to clean up, Spring also returns. The Mad Tree realizes he was selfish and helps a little boy, showing he is no longer mad. Spring and the children are welcomed back to the forest.
