Can I read Swept Frequency Measurement of Water-drop Diameter on EtoBox?
Swept Frequency Measurement of Water-drop Diameter by Stiglitz, Martin R. is a nonfiction available to read on EtoBox.
What is Swept Frequency Measurement of Water-drop Diameter about?
It is well known that a plane polarized electromagnetic wave incident upon a dielectric sphere will induce electric and magnetic dipoles within the sphere. If these spheres are low loss high dielectric constant materials, they act as dielectric resonators. Water drops will also resonate in the H110 mode and the resonant frequencies are a function of the diameter of the water drop. Thus by measuring the resonant frequency of the water-drop its size can be computed
