This study analyzed 37 cases of hydatidiform mole managed at a Nigerian hospital between 2008-2014. The incidence of molar pregnancy was 0.3% of total deliveries. Most patients were teenagers or primiparous women. The most common symptoms were amenorrhea and vaginal bleeding. All patients underwent surgical evacuation however follow-up was poor. Improved counseling and follow-up is needed to reduce morbidity from this condition.
