This study investigates the thermal performance of composite slabs made with closed profiled steel decking and recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) under fire conditions. Full-scale fire tests revealed that increasing coarse recycled aggregate content generally reduced temperatures within the slabs, and finite element modeling was used to analyze various factors affecting temperature distribution.
