In this project document, we aim to design three devices: a homo p-n diode, a hetero p-n diode, and a Schottky diode. We will calculate the reverse saturation current (Jo) and ideality factors for each device and compare the results. These results will be calculated analytically as well through a numerical simulation tool (AFORS- HET).
