1. Set the wheel turn mode switch to "Manual". 2. Unlock the wheel lockpins using the control panel. 3. Turn the wheels to the desired position (0°, 90°, 16°, park) using the corresponding button on the control panel while monitoring limit switch status. 4. Lock the wheel lockpins once the wheels have reached the target position. 5. Ensure two maintenance staff operate the control panel together, one as operator and one as observer, for safety.
