This study evaluated screw loosening of original and non-original implant abutments. 30 implants were divided into groups using original, South Korean, or French abutments and subjected to cyclic loading. Reverse torque values were measured before and after to compare compatibility and screw loosening. The results showed no significant differences in reverse torque values between the groups, suggesting non-original components can be acceptably combined with original implants.
