This research explores a bio-based alternative for DLP 3D printing by using a bicomponent resin containing 60wt% methacrylated eugenol and 40wt% commercial resin. The study analyzes the mechanical and thermal properties of the printed materials, finding that the incorporation of methacrylated eugenol does not significantly compromise these properties. The results suggest potential for further development to enhance properties and increase biobased resin content in DLP 3D printing applications.
