This study aimed to determine the correlation between the frequency of listening to English songs and vocabulary mastery of 11th grade students at SMA Negeri 6 Sigi. The study found no correlation between the two variables. Factors identified as causes included irrelevant measurement instruments, low student motivation to learn English through songs, listening experience, preferred listening times, and music preferences.
