This letter describes a case of a 41-year-old woman who was initially diagnosed with Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH). She was treated with chemotherapy but later developed papular skin lesions that were diagnosed as LCH. Her diagnosis was later changed to peripheral T-cell lymphoma and finally folliculotropic mycosis fungoides (FMF).
