This letter describes a case of a 41-year-old woman who was initially diagnosed with Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH). She was treated with chemotherapy but later developed papular skin lesions that were diagnosed as LCH. Her diagnosis was later changed to peripheral T-cell lymphoma and finally folliculotropic mycosis fungoides (FMF). She received several lines of chemotherapy and hematopoietic cell transplantation for treatment of the FMF but eventually died from septic shock. The case presentation high
