This study examined factors influencing the uptake of health insurance among patients in Bungoma County, Kenya. The researchers surveyed 300 patients at Bungoma County Referral Hospital on their socioeconomic characteristics, awareness of insurance benefits, and perceptions of insurance accessibility and quality.
