What is Ozobia Report about?

The movie follows Hiccup, a young weapons maker and son of the village chief, who captures a rare dragon called a Nightfury instead of killing it, leading him to discover that dragons are not evil. As he trains the dragon and competes for the title of Top Slayer, he develops a romantic relationship with his rival, Astrid. The story culminates in Hiccup slaying a massive dragon, but at the cost of losing part of his leg.
