This study investigates the anaerobic co-digestion of rice straw and de-oiled rice bran to enhance methane production, addressing the high carbon to nitrogen ratio of rice straw that hinders mono-digestion. Experiments were conducted to optimize methane yield under mesophilic conditions with varying total solids concentrations, resulting in average methane yields of 0.169 and 0.173 L/g-VS for 5.0% and 7.5% total solids respectively.
