The document describes a new low-voltage CMOS Class AB/AB fully differential opamp that uses multiple input floating gate transistors. This allows for rail-to-rail input/output swings with a supply voltage lower than 2Vgs drops. Simulation results show the opamp achieves a slew rate of 20V/μs and gain-bandwidth product of 12MHz when operated from a 1.8V supply. Experimental results from a test chip fabricated in 0.5μm CMOS validate the design approach.
