The study investigates the effects of Vemoherb-T, an extract of Tribulus terrestris, on egg yolk lipids and serum cholesterol levels in Guinea fowls. Results show that the extract significantly reduced serum cholesterol (P<0.01) and yolk cholesterol content (P<0.05), while not affecting total lipids and phospholipids. Additionally, there was an increase in linoleic acid content in the yolk of treated birds (P<0.05).
