Maternity Insurance Program which known as Jampersal was launched by the Ministry of Health in 2011 to accelerate the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in 2015. Unfortunately until 2012, this program still could not cover all Jampersal’s target. This study was conducted to analyze the equity in the healthcare delivery between Jampersal users and non-Jampersal users in Dupak.
