What is Benedetti, T. R. B. about?

This study aimed to determine the reproducibility and validity of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) in elderly men. 29 elderly men aged 60-69 participated. The IPAQ was administered twice to test reproducibility and was also compared to a physical activity diary and pedometer readings to test validity. Reproducibility was high but validity varied from moderate to low. So the IPAQ is reproducible but not very valid for measuring physical activity in elderly men.
