This document describes a brake failure indicator circuit. The circuit constantly monitors the condition of the brake system and provides an audio-visual warning. When the brakes are applied and functioning properly, a green LED will blink and a buzzer will beep for about a second. However, if the brakes fail, a red LED will glow continuously and the buzzer will stop sounding. The circuit also detects failures in the brake switch, which is mounted on the brake cylinder and can stop working if fluid pressure
