This case report describes a 21-year-old female patient who presented with gingival enlargement, multiple periodontal abscesses, and early tooth loss. She was diagnosed with generalized aggressive periodontitis (GAP), along with dimorphic anemia and mental depression. Treatment including non-surgical periodontal therapy, antibiotics, nutritional supplements, and counseling resulted in improved periodontal health and resolution of anemia and depression after 6 months. This is the first reported case linking
